Scrambled eggs with prawns and gulas

Today's recipe is just like you can check very simple, economical and easy to do. In a few minutes we can have at our table a dish for dinner, a plate of picoteo or an appetizer, if we distribute it on toast.

Sometimes I combine it with some garlics tender and/or rolled mushrooms; It's great too.

For those days when you want to eat something delicious, without having to spend hours in the kitchen, I recommend this rich scrambled, which I hope you like.

INGREDIENTS (For 2 servings)
  • 200 gr of gulas
  • 150 gr of prawns
  • 8 surimi sticks
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cayenne chillies (add 2 more if you like spicy)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

ELABORATION:

Put a teaspoon of oil in a pan and bring it to a medium heat. Chop the garlic cloves rolled, together with the cayenas.

When they begin to brown the garlic, we add the prawns, the gulas and the surimi. Season and sauté for a couple of minutes, until the prawns turn white.

Incorporate the eggs smoothies and seasonings. We lower the fire to the minimum.
We stir everything with a wooden spoon, until the egg is set but creamy (when making the photo the egg has continued to curdle, but the consistency that must remain is creamier)

Serve and sprinkle with the chopped parsley .

Notes:

To make the scrambled creamy, remove it from the fire when the egg has not yet set at all, stir well and serve immediately.
